UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Oct. 13 — At about 9:20 a.m., a Russian first-person view (FPV) drone attacked a dormitory for internally displaced people in central Kharkiv, reports Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s office. Those are preliminary findings that may change as the investigation unfolds. No casualties have been reported.
Kharkiv is Ukraine’s second-largest city, located approximately 19 miles from the border with Russia and less so from the zero line north of the Kharkiv region.
A Russian FPV flew right into one of the dorm’s rooms. The explosion also damaged cars that were parked near the dormitory.

On Oct. 10, the governor of Kharkiv oblast, Oleh Syniehubov, told Gwara that the military administration has a plan to protect roads around Kharkiv. When asked by Gwara’s journalists for more details, he refused to share them.
