UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov. 24 — Last week, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and at least 35 settlements of the Kharkiv oblast, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region.

During this period, Russians killed five people, including a 17-year-old girl. They also injured 74 people, including five children.

In Kharkiv, Russian attacks damaged 17 apartment buildings, seven houses, power networks, a civilian business, 35 cars, two educational institutions, an emergency medical station, a supermarket, two trolleybuses, a non-residential building, and an administrative building.

In the Berestyn district, Russians damaged an apartment building, two houses, four administrative buildings, power networks, railway infrastructure, a shop, and a bus.

In the Kupiansk district, Russian attacks damaged 12 houses, two outbuildings, an administrative building, and six cars.

Syniehubov said that units of the local State Emergency Services extinguished 25 fires caused by Russian attacks.
