UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug 14 — Over the past day, Russian troops launched FPV drones at six settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, killing one and injuring one person, said Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region.
Earlier, the operation-strategic military grouping “Dnipro” said that Russian troops are trying to enter Kupiansk, the largest city east of Kharkiv Oblast, in small assault groups.
Gwara Media journalists spoke with the Kupiansk authorities and four servicemen working in the city about the situation there.
Over the past day, Russians attacked the Kivsharivka settlement in the Kupiansk district, killing a 48-year-old man.
In Kupiansk, Russian FPV drones injured a 72-year-old woman.
Russian attacks in Prudianka, a village in Kharkiv district, and Malyi Burluk, in Kupiansk district, damaged a house and a local club.
Kharkiv Regional Police said that Russian troops are remotely mining crossroads, patrolling roads with drones, and leaving FPV drones on building roofs, terrorizing civilians, and openly hunting down State Emergency Service and police crews.
