UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug 13 — On August 12, the Russian FPV drone strike in Vovchansk injured a 72-year-old man, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of Kharkiv Oblast.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

The Russians also shelled the Bohodukhiv district. In the village of Zabrody, the Russian shelling injured a 49-year-old woman. 

The Russians also used presumably the North Korean Hwasong-11 missiles to attack Bohodukhiv, injuring five people. Among them are two boys aged four months and five years and two girls aged two years and ten years. They have an acute stress reaction. A woman also sought medical assistance. 

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office also reported one more woman sought medical assistance due to a missile attack on the Bohodukhiv district.

Russian strike in Bohodukhiv caused grass to catch fire and damaged the windows and roofs of 23 private houses.  

Also, the Russian attack caused the coniferous forest to catch fire in the village of Pisky-Radkivski, Izium district, and on the outskirts of Hutianske. There is no information about the casualties. The Russian shelling also caused fire in the village of Kindrashivka.

On the morning of August 13, in the village of Zolochiv, the Russian shelling from multiple rocket launchers damaged windows, facades of buildings, and power lines. 

Viktor Kovalenko, the head of the Zolochiv Military District, told Gwara Media that the Russian Federation probably used Uragan multiple rocket launchers for this attack. There were no casualties.
