UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug 30 — The Russian army attacked Izium, Kupiansk, and Chuhuiv districts with heavy weapons and FPV drones during the day, injuring four people, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of Kharkiv Oblast.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

Oleh Syniehubov said that in Novoosynove village, Kupiansk district, the Russian attack from multiple rocket launchers injured four people, including a 65-year-old man and women aged 83, 70, and 65. The shelling damaged a house, an outbuilding, a summer kitchen, and three cars. 

In the village of Bohuslavka, Izium district, the Russian shelling caused a fire in an open area, where garbage and a car were burning. In Izium, the governor reported that the Russian army damaged the building of a civilian enterprise.

In the Kupiansk district, Oleh Syniehubov said, the Russian shelling caused open areas and forest belts to catch fire in the villages of Osynove and Novoplatonivka. The fire area stretched to about three hectares. In the town of Zolochiv, the Russian shelling from multiple rocket launchers set fire to a forest on an area of more than five hectares.

According to the governor, a fire destroyed eight residential buildings and seven outbuildings in the village of Zamulivka, Chuhuiv district. In the village of Zarichne, Chuhuiv district, the shelling caused grass and reeds to burn over an area of 800 m².

In addition, the shelling damaged an apartment in the village of Odnorobivka, Bohodukhiv district.
