UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul 23 — During the day, the Russian army shelled four settlements in the Kharkiv region, injuring one person, reported the Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and airstrikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

At about 3:15 a.m., Russian troops shelled the village of Lisne in the Mala Danylivka community, Kharkiv district, causing a garage to catch fire. The shelling damaged households in the village. There were no casualties.

On the evening of July 22, the village of Ruska Lozova in the Kharkiv district came under Russian shelling. The Russians injured a 30-year-old woman; she sustained a concussion. 

On the same day, around 11:00 p.m., the Russia attacked the town of Kupiansk and the village of Hlushkivka in the Kupiansk district, causing houses to catch fire. There were no casualties.

Yevhen Vasylenko, spokesman for the State Emergency Service in the Kharkiv region, said at a briefing that during the past week of July 15-21, Russian attacks caused 35 fires in the Kharkiv region, killing one and injuring 14 people.
