UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul 26 —  At about 12:40 p.m. on July 25, Russian troops attacked the village of Ruska Lozova in the Kharkiv region. Two people were injured as a result of the shelling, reported Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast Governor.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

“Two civilians were injured in the attack: a 44-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman; medics assisted them at the impact site,” he wrote.

Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that today, the Russian troops conducted air and artillery strikes on three settlements in the Kupiansk district  The shelling killed one man and injured another.
