KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 2 — The Russian army shelled up to 17 towns and villages in the Kharkiv Oblast during the day. Among them: Udy, Vovchansk, Mala Vovcha, Synkivka, Tabaivka, Ivanivka, Berestove.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.

At around 2:30 a.m., Russians attacked the Izium district with a drone.
At 11:00 a.m., Russian artillery damaged at least four private houses, outbuildings, and garages in Vovchansk.
At 12:55 p.m., Russians bombed Vilhuvatka in the Kupiansk district with three KABs [a 500 kg bomb with a significant explosive payload — ed.], destroying buildings of an agricultural enterprise. The attack damaged nine private households and power lines. There were no casualties.
