During the past day, the Ukrainian army fought off five Russian attacks.
Russian military became more active in the Kupiansk direction, but they had complications using their military equipment and vehicles because the weather got worse. The AFU Ground Forces Volodymyr Fito spokesman spoke on this in the telemarathon ether.
“The enemy got more active along the entire defense line maintained by Khortytsia operational-strategic group on the Kupiansk axis. Yesterday, our forces repelled five attacks. It [was] Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Bilohorivka. The adversary is regrouping and doesn’t let go of intentions of [continuing] offensive towards Kupiansk,” Fito said.
On November 14, Oleksandr Syrskyi, commander of Ukrainian ground forces, reported that the Russian army kept up the offensive on the Kupiansk axis despite suffering heavy losses.
