Russian troops hit Petropavlivka in Kharkiv oblast, General Staff of the AFU reports in their morning briefing. 

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian military fought off nine Russian attacks near Synkivka and east of Petropavlivka in Kharkiv Oblast.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, the Russian army maintains a military presence in borderlands, conducts diversions to hold Ukrainian troops to the location and prevent them from relocating to other directions. They also continue to build up mine-explosive barriers along the border in Belgorod Oblast. 

Russia also shelled more than 100 settlements in Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv from artillery.
