UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Nov. 24 — In the evening of Nov. 23, Russian forces attacked the Shevchenkivskyi, Kholodnohirskyi, and Saltivskyi districts of Kharkiv, killing four and injuring 17 people, reported Ihor Terekhov, the city’s mayor.
Gwara Media journalists visited the impact site in the Shevchenkivskyi district to document the consequences of the Russian attack.

Russian attacks killed three women aged 27, 41, and 69 and a 55-year-old man, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region.
The Russian attack also injured an 11-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy.
Currently, two people remain hospitalized.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, Russian drones hit the apartment building, blowing out windows and damaging cars nearby.
Attack drones also hit 7 houses in this district, damaging power lines and electric wires for city lighting.
In the Saltivskyi district, Russians attacked several houses, damaging the nearest apartment buildings and school.
“The power substation suffered significant damage,” reported mayor Terekhov.
After the strike, about 25,000 customers were left without power, and several thousand remain without power at this time, Syniehubov reported during an interview with Ukrainian media Suspilne.
In the Kholodnohirskyi district, Russian drones attacked civilian businesses and storage buildings.
The mayor said that a Russian attack damaged 40 houses in total, and over 500 windows were broken. The specialists continue additional examination.
