UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug 15 — Russian forces attacked power infrastructure in the Derhachi community. The Russian attack left more than 1,000 people without electricity, said Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of the local military administration, during the live broadcast of Suspilne.

On August 14, in the Derhachi community, Russian troops targeted two villages, damaging two houses, killing a 64-year-old and a 38-year-old man, and injuring a 38-year-old man.

“Now we are looking for solutions, because we need to bring high-voltage crews. The situation has been complicated by Russian FPV drones reaching villages in the community,” Zadorenko said.

Zadorenko noted that Russian troops are attacking with mortars, FPV and Molniya drones, and shells from multiple launch rocket systems.

“Just three days ago, five Molniya drones hit the Prudianka settlement. Fortunately, no one was injured, but all five destroyed private buildings,” he said.

Andrii Besedin, the head of the Kupiansk military administration, also said about the threat of Russian FPV drones in Kupiansk during the national telethon.

“We are recording how Russians are terrorizing the locals with FPV drones on fiber optics and Molniya drones, which control all logistics routes and access roads to the Kupiansk. They are watching and hunting down anyone who moves. Any cars or movements immediately become their targets,” Besedin said.

Earlier, the Kharkiv Regional Police said that Russian troops are remotely mining crossroads, patrolling roads with drones, and leaving FPV drones on building roofs, targeting civilians, and openly hunting down State Emergency Service and police crews.
