UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov. 18 — Russian forces attacked five settlements in the region with four missiles, six Geran-2 drones, and 16 unidentified drones, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region.

On Nov. 18, the Russians attacked Berestyn, a city in the southwestern part of the Kharkiv oblast, with two missiles. They severely injured a 17-year-old Karyna Bakhur, a master of sport and Ukrainian champion in kickboxing and cossack fighting who later died in the hospital. Suspilne Ukraine said that Bakhur was preparing for the World Cup competition in Austria on Nov. 19.

The press service of the Kharkiv military administration said to journalists that the Russians also injured 10 people in Berestyn, eight of them are staying in the hospital.

In the village of Kotivka in the Izium district, a Russian attack injured an 80-year-old woman and destroyed a house.

Russians also damaged railway infrastructure in the Lozova district and a residential building, two houses, four administrative buildings, power networks, railway infrastructure, a shop, and a bus in the Berestyn district.
