UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, July 16 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and other settlements in the region with 42 drones of various types, killing two and injuring seven people, said governor Oleh Syneihubov.

Russia continues air attacks on Ukraine, increasing their intensity — on July 15, they targeted Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions the most. 

On July 15, Russians attacked Kupiansk city, killing a man. In Prykolotne, a Geran-2 attack drone also killed a man and injured two people. Russian drones damaged houses in the Myrove village.

In the Kupiansk district, Russian troops launched an FPV drone and hit the ambulance car, injuring two medical workers.

At night, Russian drones attacked the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. Locals heard 16 explosions. Syneihubov reported that the airstrike injured a man and damaged a civilian business.

In Mala Danylivka, a settlement on the outskirts of Kharkiv, Russian troops injured two men.

Also, Russians damaged two cars in Korobochkyne, Chuhuiv district, and set fire to a wheat field in Pidvysoke, Izium district.

On July 15, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukrainian President, told Newsmax that Russian President Vladimir Putin is afraid of the US, given his tendency to halt bombing Kyiv during a visit by special envoy Keith Kellogg.

Several Russian drones hit a building of Grupy Barlinek, a Polish business, in Vinnytsia, said Radosław Sikorski, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
