KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 16 — On February 15, the Russian airstrike on the village of Chorne in the Vilkhuvata territorial community killed three people and wounded two.
Investigators started a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Oblast.
According to the investigation, on February 15, at 5:30 p.m., the Russian military hit the village of Chorne of the Vilkhuvata territorial community with an airstrike. There is information that the Russian Federation used two guided aerial bombs for the attack.

One bomb hit next to a civilian car. A 56-year-old man, his 57-year-old wife, and their 17-year-old relative were in the car. All three people died at the hit site. Another bomb hit a residential area, causing a house and a 120-square-metre outbuilding to catch fire.
The attack injured two people: a 54-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man. They are in the hospital.
