UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Mar 26 — The Russian forces fired a Kh-35U missile at Kharkiv, hitting the dormitory of a sports college. The explosion destroyed the roof and the ceiling between the upper floors of the building, reported Serhii Bolvinov, head of the National Police Investigation Department in the Kharkiv Oblast.

“One civilian man was injured as a result of the enemy strike. There was no military or military equipment at the hit site,” the law enforcement officer wrote.
