UKRAINE, Aug 27 — The Russian massive attack on Ukraine on August 26 cost about $1.3 billion (53 billion hryvnias), calculated the journalists of Economic Pravda.

On August 26, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine. The Russians killed at least four people and injured 19, including a 10-year-old boy and an infant.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on August 26, at the beginning of the day, Russia fired 109 Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones, 77 Kh-101 cruise missiles, three Kh-22 cruise missiles, 28 Kalibr ship-launched cruise missiles, six Iskander-M ballistic missiles, three Kh-47M2 Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missiles, and 10 Kh-59/Kh-69 guided missiles at Ukraine.

Journalists discovered that a Russian-made Shahed-136/131 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can cost up to $49,000, and drones imported from Iran can cost up to $290,000.

Economic Pravda used the average price of the planned imports from Iran as a basis for calculations, which was $193,000 (7 million hryvnias). Therefore, 109 Shahed strike drones cost Russia about $21.3 million (82 million hryvnias).

The price of the Kh-47M2 Kinzhal air defense missile is $10 million, and the total amount of launched missiles is $30 million, journalists reported.

The cost of the Kh-22 missile is about $1 million, so the total cost of the launched missiles is $3 million.

According to the report, the Kh-101 missile costs $13 million per unit, and Russia has launched a total of $1 billion worth of missiles of this type on August 26.

Defense Express reports that one Kalibr missile costs $6.5 million, so the total cost of these missiles, according to journalists, was $182 million.

The Kh-59/Kh-69 missiles cost $0.5 million per unit, making the total amount of launched rockets of this type $5 million.

Iskander-M ballistic missiles cost $3 million, so the total cost of all missiles of this type is $18 million.

So, according to journalists, the total amount that Russia spent on the morning attack on August 26 on Ukraine is $1.26 billion.
