UKRAINE, KUPIANSK DISTRICT, Nov. 21 — The State Emergency Service of Kharkiv region evacuated three civilians from Velykyi Burluk settlement and Zelenyi Hai village of the Kupiansk district.
The rescuers said that a six-year-old girl was among the evacuated people.
Earlier, the Ukrainian OSINT war monitoring project DeepState reported about Russian advances in the direction of Velykyi Burluk.
Since the beginning of November, DeepState has recorded Russian advances east of Velykyi Burluk, near the Odradne and Bolohivka villages, which are 30-40 kilometers (19-25 miles) from Zelenyi Hai and Velykyi Burluk itself.
On Nov. 20, Russian forces claimed that Russian troops occupied Kupainsk, east of Kharkiv oblast, and captured 80% of Vovchask, a city north of the region. The Ukrainian Armed Forces deny these claims.
