In photos: Russians dropped bombs on Kharkiv, injuring 15, damaging supermarket

UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Nov 4 – On November 3, the Russian army dropped glide bomb on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring 15 people and damaging a supermarket

The Russian military attacked the town at 10:30 p.m. They damaged power lines and ground vehicles, and smashed windows in nearby buildings.

The Russian army has been often attacking Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second city, since the start of the full-scale invasion because the city is close to the border and the frontline. Russians use various weapons like glide bombs, strike drones, and missiles to target civilian and critical infrastructure in Kharkiv. 

This was the second glide bomb attack on Kharkiv that evening. As Volodymyr Tymoshko, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Police, told Gwara Media, it damaged a supermarket in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city and an area in the Kholodnohirskyi district.

On November 1, two Russian ballistic missiles hit Kharkiv. One of the attacks hit a residential building, the other hit a police station. The attack killed one police officers and injured 40 people, including 30 police workers.
