KHARKIV, UKRAINE, Dec 10 — Ternova, Starytsia and Bochkove of Chuhuiv district, Kupiansk, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka of Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast came under artillery and mortar shelling, Kharkiv RMA head Oleh Syniehubov reported.
At around 3:00 a.m. on December 10, Russian shelling of Velykyi Burluk in Kupiansk district destroyed a dormitory of an educational institution.
A 51-year-old woman was wounded in Podoly village, Kupyansk district, as a result of shelling. A private household was damaged.
The Russian army shelled Kupiansk with artillery, killing two women aged 67 and 71. Another 33-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds. The victim was hospitalized. A private house, a fence, and outbuildings were damaged.
At approximately 9 p.m., Russians attacked Kupyansk. At least 5 private houses and outbuildings came under fire. There were no casualties.
Over the past day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 1.9 hectares of territory and defused 38 explosive devices.

During November 3-26, 296 children were evacuated from the dangerous territory. Two more children are on the list in the Kurylivska community: born in 2012 and 2018. However, there are no children at their addresses.
Gwara tried to find out more information on the evacuation from the local authorities for several days without receiving a response.
Kupiansk, a town with a pre-war population of about 30,000 people, was occupied from late February till September 2022. The city is a railway and road hub in eastern Ukraine between Kharkiv and Luhansk regions.
