UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, June 28 — The Russian shelling injured ten people in the Kharkiv region over the past day, reported Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast Governor.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and airstrikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

The governor said that the Russians dropped glide bombs (KABs) on Kharkiv, injuring five people. Also, the bomb attack damaged five private houses, garages, an apartment building, and a building of an educational institution.

In addition, the Russian army attacked Kivsharivka, Kupiansk district, with modified glide bombs (UMPD D-30), injuring a woman and a man. The bomb attack damaged a car and two houses. 

Syniehubov reported that the Russians shelled a private house in Kruhliakivka village, Kupiansk district, with multiple rocket launchers. In the village of Oleksandrivka, Kharkiv district, the Russian strike caused a house to catch fire.

In addition, a Russian shell hit an enterprise in the village of Pisky-Radkivski, Izium district. Also, Russian shelling damaged a car in Kozacha Lopan village, Kharkiv district. 

Also, according to Syniehubov, the Russians dropped an air demolition bomb (FAB) on the village of Hlushkivka, Kupiansk district, causing the roof of a residential building to catch fire.
