UKRAINE, KUPIANSK, Oct. 20 — The “North” operational command intercepted a conversation between two Russian soldiers in Kupiansk. One of them gave the order to shoot a civilian.

“Such orders aren’t just a violation of the Geneva Conventions. It is a real war crime,” wrote the “North” operational command. “It’s the proof that there’s no honor, law, or morals under the Russian flag – there are only fear, death, and crimes.”

Earlier, the 7th Rapid Response Corps reported that a Russian “sabotage and reconnaissance” group entered the center of Pokrovsk and killed several civilians in the city.

At the beginning of October, Ukrainian Intelligence also intercepted a talk between Russian soldiers, who were discussing that one of their soldiers shot three civilians in the occupied part of Kharkiv oblast.
