UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jun 13 — On June 13, Pavlo Shamshyn, a spokesperson of Operational Tactical Group “Kharkiv,” denied during a national telethon that Russian forces occupied the Dvorichna settlement.
On June 12, the analytical OSINT project DeepState reported that Russian forces occupied the Dvorichna settlement.
Shamshyn said that Russians continue assaulting this area to expand their foothold. They are trying to cross to the left bank of the Oskil River and pose a threat to Kupiansk, which is located on the right bank.
“However, to create a real threat to Kupiansk, they need to throw heavy equipment across the river. They fail to do it because this equipment is destroyed before reaching the shore or during the assembly process,” Shamshyn said.
On June 13, the General Staff reported that over the past day, Russians conducted two attacks near Vovchansk on the Kharkiv axis and nine attacks near Pishchane and Novoplatonivka on the Kupiansk axis.
