Russian troops advanced in the Kupyansk direction near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka and Kyslivka in Kharkiv region, where Ukrainian troops repelled eight attacks. It was stated in the evening report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on November 12.
In the Slobozhanskyi direction, Russians maintain their presence in the border areas, continue shelling settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation and mine the area near the state border with Ukraine. At least 15 localities came under artillery and mortar fire, including: Vovchansk, Nesterne and Dvorichanske in Kharkiv region.
About 10 settlements in the eastern part of the region came under artillery and mortar fire, including Novomlynsk, Synkivka, Kyslivka, Krokhmalne and Tabaivka in Kharkiv region.
The situation in eastern and southern Ukraine continues to be difficult. There were 61 combat engagements over the day.
