UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar. 24 — Soldiers of the 1st mobile border guard brigade Hart killed 66 and injured 55 Russian soldiers during a Russian attempt to break through the state border in the Kharkiv oblast, said the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
“After an unsuccessful Russian offensive in January and February north of the Kharkiv oblast, they accumulated their reserves and resumed the offensive over the last week,” said Hart.
Reconnaissance and attack drones of the Hart brigade detect and kill Russian assault groups even in Russian territory, said the brigade.
Also, the Ukrainian Telegram channel “Polkovnyk from OTU” (Colonel from the operational-tactical group in English) confirmed Russian attempts to cross the border near the Pishchane village, northeast of the Kharkiv oblast, on Mar. 17-19.
Pishchane is located near Dehtiarne village, which Russian troops occupied in February.
According to the Telegram channel, over Mar. 20-23, Russians haven’t conducted any assaults near Pishchane, and the village is under Ukrainian control.
