UKRAINE, KUPIANSK, Feb. 12, — A small “incapacitated” group of the Russian soldiers are remaining in the Kupiansk, east of the Kharkiv region, Viktor Trehubov, a spokesperson for a military group responsible for the Kharkiv oblast, said on Feb 12 during the national telethon.
On Feb. 2, DeepState, OSINT war monitoring group, reported that Ukrainian forces regained control under the southern part of Kupiansk, while the northern part of the city remained a combat zone.
According to Trehubov, Ukraine has control over the whole Kupiansk, and small Russian groups there are surrounded in the high-rise buildings.
He also said that the Ukrainian army pushed Russian troops out of the city’s outskirts.
