UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Apr 17 — The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) arrested two students of a transport technology college and their 15-year-old schoolgirl friend for allegedly setting on fire 24 signaling relays near railways in the Kharkiv region, reported Vladyslav Abdula, the SBU’s speaker.

Moscow actively uses Ukrainian teens to organize diversions, promising them easy money through Telegram channels. The Prosecutor’s Office in the Kharkiv region initiated more than two dozen criminal proceedings against minors used by Russian special services.

After the diversion in Kharkiv Oblast, the minors’ next assignment was, according to Abdula, “to make several diversions in Vinnytsia, but the police prevented the enemy’s plans and arrested all suspected teens.”

The police notified students and a schoolgirl that they are suspected of diversions and obstruction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s activity. They could face life imprisonment if found guilty by the court.

On April 16, a court hearing against a man who worked with Russian special services was held in Kharkiv. He is accused of the murder of a Ukrainian soldier and of preparing to kill the Kharkiv Oblast Governor, Oleh Syniehubov, and the head of the Derhachi military administration, Viacheslav Zadorenko.
