UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Feb. 23 — In the morning, Russian forces launched missiles at the Osnovianskyi and the Kholodnohirskyi districts of Kharkiv, injuring a 55-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, reported the governor Oleh Syniehubov.

Over the past day, Russians attacked eight settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with one Geran-2 and one Molniya drones, three Lancet drones, three FPV drones, and one drone of an unidentified type.

Attacks injured a 44-year-old woman in the Pechenihy settlement of the Chuhuiv district, and a 69-year-old man in the Podoly village of the Kupiansk district.

Russians damaged a gas station in Hrushivka village and a house, a car, and an outbuilding in Novomykolaivka village in the Kupiansk district.

They also damaged four cars in Barvinkove, in the Izium district, and a civilian business building in Pechenihy, in the Chuhuiv district.

On Feb. 20, the Russian Lancet drone hit the car of the White Angel police evacuation unit (“Bilyi Yangol” in Ukrainian), killing two and injuring another officer.
