UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Oct. 13 — At about 9:51 p.m., Russia dropped two glide bombs on Kharkiv, hitting the Slobidskyi and Saltivskyi districts of the city. 

One of the glide bombs hit near the hospital, blowing out its windows, and destroyed one of its outbuildings, Gwara’s journalists report from the impact site. Emergency services are putting out the fire that started there. As of 10:52 p.m., authorities reported at least four people injured in the Russian attack. 

After the strikes, power outages have been reported across the city. According to the city mayor, Ihor Terekhov, three districts of the city are partially without electricity.
