UKRAINE, KOZACHA LOPAN, Nov. 11 — On Nov. 11 at nearly 10:30 a.m., Russian forces hit a civilian car in Kozacha Lopan with a first-person view (FPV) drone, reported Viacheslav Zadorenko, the head of Derhachi community.
Kozacha Lopan is a village located 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) south from the Russian border.
According to the UN report, short range drones like FPVs caused more casualties among civilians in frontline regions of Ukraine than any other Russian weapon.
Zadorenko said that a Russian drone attacked a man born in 1995. He got multiple injuries and concussion. The man was hospitalized.
