UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb. 11 — On Feb. 11, a Russian FPV drone hit a civilian bus in Ruska Lozova village in Kharkiv oblast. The driver jumped out of the car in time, and there were no passengers inside at the moment of the attack, said Oleksandr Hololobov, the head of the Mala Danylivka community, to Gwara Media.

Ruska Lozova is a village in the Derhachi community of the Kharkiv district. The village is located 17 kilometers (11 miles) from the Russia-Ukraine border. The village was occupied by Russians from the beginning of the full-scale invasion and was liberated by Ukrainian forces in September 2022. Currently, this territory is often attacked by Russian FPV drones.

According to Hololobov, the driver dropped off passengers and was driving to the final stop when the drone hit the bus. The drone damaged the fuel tank.

Hololobov said that the bus belongs to the neighboring Mala Danylivka community:

“Before the war, there was a local transport operator there. He refused to work (after the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion — ed.). Ruska Lozova locals begged for the bus and reached an agreement with the regional administration.”

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 17 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with one S-300 missile, one glide bomb, and 33 drones of different types, reported the governor Oleh Syniehubov.

A Russian drone attacked a house in Bohodukhiv, killing three children, their father, and injuring their pregnant mother and a woman who lives nearby.

Russian attacks injured two women aged 58 and 87 years old and damaged houses in Odradne village of the Kupiansk district, said the Kharkiv regional police.

A Russian FPV drone hit a gas station and damaged a civilian car, injuring a 48-year-old man.
