UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 25 — On Sep. 24, Russian troops launched an air strike on the village of Shypuvate of Velykyi Burluk hromada with three glide bombs, reported Andrii Kanashevych, the head of the military administration of Kupiansk district.

Apart from these glide bombs, Russians launched three aerial guided bombs and three attack drones of different types at the region, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv region.

Overall, over the past day, Russian forces attacked five settlements in Kharkiv oblast.

A Russian attack killed a man in Prykolotne settlement and injured a 42-year-old woman in Shypuvate village in the Kupiansk district.

Russian forces destroyed or damaged seven houses, three farm buildings, and an education facility in the Kupiansk district.

They also damaged two houses, a car, and a house of culture in Chuhuiv district.

As of Sep. 25, nearly 5,000 customers in Kharkiv remain without electricity, which was cut off late on Sep. 23 as a result of a Russian attack on the city, said the mayor Ihor Terekhov during the national telethon.
