UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Dec. 3 — In November, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv 47 times with drones of different types and glide bombs, said Ihor Terekhov, the city’s mayor.
Terekhov said that 67 people asked for medical help this month, including five children.
The Kharkiv City Council recorded Russian attacks in the Industrialnyi, Kholodnohirskyi, Saltivskyi, Slobidskyi, Osnovianskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
Later, Terekhov said that Russian attacks damaged 148 houses and apartment buildings in November.
“The most noticeable damage was the mass breaking of windows—5,699 units, or 15% of all windows broken this year,” he said.
Also, the mayor noted that Russian forces damaged the critical infrastructure, schools, businesses, shops, roads, street lighting, playgrounds, and dozens of civilian cars.
In November, Russian forces launched massive strikes on the energy and heating infrastructure of Kharkiv and the region. Gwara Media observed how the city and its locals prepared for winter under constant attacks.
