Russians also attacked Kupiansk at 8:30 am, killing a 62-year-old man. Law enforcement is clarifying the details.

Over the past day, Russian troops attacked nine settlements in Kharkiv Oblast with 12 attack drones, killing one and injuring three people.

In Starovirivka, a village 15 kilometers from Kupiansk, 402 people, including about 40 children, continue to live, despite ongoing evacuation efforts, Liudmila, a worker of the village administration, told Gwara Media.
