UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar. 25 — Russian forces conducted an attack on a hospital in Shevchenkove settlement in the Kupiansk district east of the Kharkiv oblast, damaging the building and causing a fire, reported the State Emergency Service of the Kharkiv oblast.
The attack injured three civilians. Yevhen Vasylenko, a spokesman for Kharkiv’s State Emergency Service, told local media Suspilne Kharkiv that all the injured were patients at the hospital.
Russians used Gerbera drones to attack the hospital, damaging the therapeutic center and the roof of the ambulatory building, said Serhii Starikov, the head of the Shevchenkove community.
Starikov said that Russians also attacked houses in Spodobivka, Voloska Balakliia, Starovirivka, Rozdolne, and Velyki Khutory villages in the community over the past day.
In Shevchenkove, a Russian Shahed drone also damaged the roof of an apartment building.
