UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Dec. 24 — At 10:20 a.m. Russia attacked a thermal power station in Kharkiv outskirts, killing one person and injuring 13 people, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the Kharkiv region.

Following explosions in the city, Kharkivoblenergo, a municipal energy company, said they implemented emergency power outages in Kharkiv and the region.

The press office of Kharkiv subway said that they have stopped train service because of Russian attacks.

 Currently, the Kharkiv subway is working properly.

Over the past day, Russian forces launched two missiles and 12 drones of different types at 11 settlements in the Kharkiv region.

Medical personnel helped a 48-year-old woman who was injured on Dec. 20 as a result of a Russian attack on Izium.

Russian attacks damaged five houses and power networks in the Bohodukhiv district.

They also attacked a car in the Kupiansk district, power networks and a car in the Izium district, and two shops and two cars in the Chuhuiv district.
