UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 23 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 6 settlements in Kharkiv oblast, killing a 56-year-old woman in Kupiansk, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv region.

Over the past week, Russians attacked the region 38 times, including Kharkiv itself, killing three and injuring 20 people.

From Sep. 21 to 22, Russian forces launched one missile of unidentified type, four Geran-2, one Molniya drones, and four FPV drones at the region.

The regional police reported that a Russian FPV drone hit a civilian car in Prudianka village in Kharkiv district.

Also, Russians destroyed or damaged three houses and power networks in the Bohodukhiv district.

At the beginning of September, in Kupiansk, Russian soldiers shot at a 74-year-old civilian man who was driving his bicycle.

Earlier, a senior lieutenant of the Defence Forces said that a large area of Kharkiv oblast is under the control of Russian drones.
