Overall, 2,360 civilians died in Kharkiv because of Russian attacks (among them, 79 children).
Andriy Kostin, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, reported on the numbers.

Up to 15,000 among them are related to Russian attacks on civilian objects. Others are murders, illegal imprisonments, tortures, etc.

Suspicion notices are handed to 60 people as a result of investigations. Indictments against 36 people are brought before courts. Eight Russian soldiers have already received their verdicts, says Kostin.
Ukrainian law enforcement structures collaborate with the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate cases of torture, imprisonment, and sexual violence.
“One of the high-priority vectors of ICC operations is investigating tortures, imprisonment, and sexual violence. Twenty-five torture chambers were discovered on the liberated territories of Kharkiv oblast. The soldiers from the regular army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and Federal Security Service’s employees handled the mentioned atrocities. We keep cooperating with the ICC within these directions [of investigation — ed].”
Apart from that, more than a thousand civilian people are considered kidnapped or missing in Kharkiv Oblast.
