During the past day, Russian troops shelled settlements of Kharkiv Oblast with artillery, mortar shells, and other weaponry. 

On November 21, the Russian military hit Podoly village of Kharkiv Oblast with a guided aerial bomb. A private residential house was damaged. No civilian casualties were reported. The head of the Kharkiv military regional administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said this in his Telegram channel. 

In particular, Veterynarne of Kharkiv district, Budarky of Chuhuiv ditrctic, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, and Tabaivka of the Kupiansk districts and other settlements came under the Russian fire yesterday.
