UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Oct. 13 — Over the past day, Russians killed a 49-year-old woman in Kupiansk and injured four people across Kharkiv oblast, reported governor Oleh Syniehubov. 

Russian forces try to advance in Kharkiv Oblast from the north, east, and southwest. One of their main efforts is on the Kupiansk axis, where they tried to seize Kupiansk and Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, logistical centers in the east of the region. 

Russian air attacks, Syniehubov reports, also injured a 42-year-old man in Kharkiv, a 63-year-old man in Kupiansk, a 65-year-old man in Izium, and a 76-year-old woman in Svitanok village of Novopokrovska hromada. 

Russia used three glide bombs, three Geran-2 drones, one Lancet drone, and three first-person view (FPV) drones. 

The attacks damaged a business, windows, and outhouses in Kharkiv, a house and a car in Svitanok, and a shop and a carin Izium. Also, Russian shelling damaged two houses in the Klynova-Novoselivka village.
