Russia has used nearly five hundred chemical attacks since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, according to the Ukrainian Armed Forces Support Forces command.
The defence forces have recorded 465 cases of Russian use of munitions containing chemical substances.
The dynamics of chemical attacks are growing: 81 cases were recorded in December, and during one day, December 19, Russians carried out eight attacks with the use of chemicals. In addition, on 14 December, a new type of special RG-VO gas grenade containing an unknown chemical substance was detected.
Twenty-eight cases of chemical use were documented and sent for investigation as part of a criminal case. Radiation, chemical and biological intelligence groups from the military units of the Support Forces Command are working on this together with the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine).
On October 29, the Russian military began an active phase of the offensive in the Kupyansk sector and used poisonous gases. This was reported by Denys Yaroslavskyi, commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces intelligence unit, during the United telethon.

PACE to Recognize Putin’s Regime as Dictatorship. Members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe have voted a resolution recognizing Russian President Vladimir Putin as illegitimate and the regime in Russia as a dictatorship. The document was supported unanimously.
