UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov. 19 — The Russian army launched air strikes at six settlements of Kharkiv oblast over the past day, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.
Russia launched a glide bomb, 11 Geran-2 kamikaze drones, three first-person view (FPV) drones, and 10 drones of unknown type at Kharkiv oblast.
Syniehubov said that Russian shelling damaged railways in Barvinkove of the Izium district, power lines in Yelyzavetivka. Russian attacks damaged railway infrastructure in Lozova as well.
Russia launched at least 19 kamikaze drones on Kharkiv on Nov. 19, leaving 40,000 households without electricity. All of them had their electricity reconnected on Nov. 20, after almost 24 hours of repair work.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Kharkiv oblast and Kharkiv have been frequently subjected to Russian drones, glide bomb, and missile attacks.
