UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Jun 24 — Overnight, Russian forces launched seven Shahed type drones on Nemyshlianskyi and Saltivskyi districts of Kharkiv, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.

The drones injured a 54-year-old man, a 46-year-old woman, and a 15-year-old girl and damaged more than 15 houses in Nemyshlianskyi district, said the Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv region.

Later, Syniehubov said during a national telethon that the number of injured people may increase because, sometimes, civilians do not seek medical help immediately.

“Over the past week, if we take them all into account, Russian attacks have injured more than 100 people (in Kharkiv),” he said.

In Saltivskyi district, police recorded the consequences of the Russian strike on the territory of a civilian business and the subsequent fire.

Syniehubov added that over the past day, Russia attacked five settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, injuring a woman. Russian forces used three aerial guided bombs and 10 attack drones, including 2 FPV drones, to attack civilians.

Yehor Firsov, the commander of the attack drone unit, said that Russian forces work to extend the area of attack for their FPV drones for 30-50 kilometers (18-30 miles) to hit all settlements in the Donetsk region, Kharkiv, Izium, Kherson, and even the outskirts of Kyiv.
