UKRAINE, DONETSK OBLAST, Sep. 9 — On Sep. 9, Russia launched a guided bomb on the Yarova village in the Donetsk region, killing at least 21, injuring 20, said Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine. 

According to DeepsState, an OSINT war-monitoring group, Yarova, a village in Donetsk Oblast, is 5 kilometers (3 miles) from the frontline and 10 kilometers (6 miles) from Kharkiv Oblast.

Yulia Svyrydenko, Prime Minister, said that Russians struck the pension distribution point, killing and injuring mostly older adults. 

Vadym Filashkin, the governor of Donetsk Oblast, said that more than 20 people sustained injuries of varying severity. 

Yarova is also located near the Izium-Sloviansk highway, where Russia has increased its FPV-drones activity, targeting civilian cars.
