UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Jun 16 — Russia hit Kharkiv 30 times, killing four people and injuring 84 people, including 15 children, from June 9 to June 15, reported Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov.
The Russian army used 29 Shahed drones and Molniya drones to attack Kharkiv, shelling Osnovianskyi, Slobidskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Saltivskyi districts of the city, added Terekhov.
Mostly, Russians damaged residential buildings of Kharkiv, Terekhov said, along with transport and municipal infrastructure, educational facilities, and businesses.
Russia often strikes Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, located in the northeast of the country, with drones, glide bombs, and missiles.
On June 7, the largest air attack on the city since the start of the full-scale invasion was recorded, with the Russian troops hitting Kharkiv with 53 Shahed drones, four glide bombs, and a missile.
