UKRAINE, KHARKIV, KHARKIV REGION, Dec. 4 — Russian troops launched airstrikes at Kharkiv and five settlements in the Kharkiv oblast over the past day, said Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region. 

According to him, Russia hit the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv with an Iskander-M missile. Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office told Gwara Media there were no casualties in this attack. 

Russia also launched two glide bombs, six kamikaze drones Geran-2, one first-person view (FPV) drone, and six drones of unknown type, Syniehubov said. 

In the Kupiansk district, a Russian attack injured a 63-year-old woman and damaged two houses and power lines in Siryi Yar village. Airstrikes also damaged two recreation centers in Prymorske and Martove villages of Chuhuiv district; and six houses, power lines, and a car in Odnorobivka and Petrivka villages of Bohoduhiv district.  

In Kharkiv, an explosion of a dangerous object on Dec. 3 (unrelated to any Russian attack, according to Ihor Terekhov, Kharkiv mayor) in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city killed two people and injured three people, aged 67, 74, and 68. An explosion triggered a fire, damaging high-rise residential buildings, cars, and garages around the epicenter.
