UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Apr. 3 — For more than a day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with Geran type drones and missiles, said the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the Kharkiv regional police, Russians attacked the Kyivskyi, Osnovianskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts, injuring five people, including a newborn.
In the Osnovianskyi district, a Russian drone hit an office building, causing a fire and injuring a 70-year-old man who worked there as security.
Gwara Media journalists reported on damage to the nearest shop and church building.
In the Kyivskyi district, another drone hit a house and injured a 27-year-old woman and her one-month-old son. In the early morning, Russians launched missiles at the district, damaging apartment buildings. The attacks injured two women, aged 63 and 18 years old.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, Russians attacked the territory of central park, damaging car ticket booths.
In general, Russians attacked three apartment buildings, four houses, three civilian businesses, higher education institutions, a shop, and 90 cars, reported Oleh Syniehubov over the day in Kharkiv.
Russians also attacked 24 settlements of the Kharkiv region, killing a man and injuring seven people in Polova village in the Kharkiv district. They also injured two children in the Korotych settlement in the Kharkiv district and three children in the Lozova district.
Russian attacks also injured a woman in Bervinkove in the Izium district and a man in Berezivka village in the Kupiansk district.
