UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Oct. 24 — At 11:00 a.m., the Russian army attacked the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv with five glide bombs, injuring eight people, reported the governor Oleh Syniehubov. Later, local officials reporting of number of casualties rising to nine people.
The Russian attack injured four men aged 34, 36, 54, and 61 years old. Four women aged 40, 67, 69, and 73 years old suffered an intense stress reaction.
Medical personnel hospitalized three people. One of them is in serious condition, said a representative of the “Rose on the Hand” search and rescue team to Gwara Media.
Representatives of the State Emergency Service did not confirm to journalists the information about people remaining under the debris.
The Russian attack damaged the buildings of a civilian business, garages, and cars. At one of the impact sites, a fire covered an area of over 100 square meters.
Also, the mayor, Ihor Terekhov, said that one of the Russian bombs damaged a car depot, damaging over 20 cars.
Terekhov also said that at one of the impact sites, the blast wave damaged two residential buildings, blasting out their windows.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked five settlements in the Kharkiv region. There were no casualties.
