UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 30 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and six settlements of the region, injuring 11 people, including two children, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of Kharkiv Oblast.

“Russians continue to terrorize locals of Kharkiv Oblast. Last night, more than 50 drones attacked the region,” said Syniehubov during a national telethon.

On May 30, eight drones attacked a trolleybus hub in Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring three women and damaging public transport and residential buildings.

On the same day, Russia launched drones and a missile at Vasyliv Khutir village in Chuhuiv district, injuring eight people, including two children. Russians also damaged eight houses and a farm, killing five and injuring four cows.

In Izium district, Russia damaged three houses, two cars, and a storage building. The Prosecutor’s Office said that five drones attacked the storage with humanitarian products for locals.

Over May 29, Russians attacked Ukrainian positions 13 times in Kharkiv Oblast. The Ukrainian military has recorded the accumulation of Russian troops near the border in the Kharkiv Oblast, but their force is not enough to advance deeper in the region.

Also, last week, Russian forces, for the first time since the start of the full-scale war, attacked the city with an FPV drone “based on an anti-tank grenade launcher.”
