UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar. 27 — Over the day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 16 settlements of the Kharkiv oblast, injuring 25 people, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region. 

Over the day, Russian forces launched at Kharkiv oblast one Iskander missile, 11 glide bombs, and 46 kamikaze drones of different types. 

On the night of Mar. 27, Russian forces attacked a nine-story apartment  building with a kamikaze drone, damaging the interior fixtures and the balcony of the top-floor apartment. During the attack Russia injured at least two people, 16 more suffered an acute stress reaction. 

“In Kharkiv, a 22-year-old man also sought medical assistance on his own after being injured during an evacuation in the Kupiansk district on Mar. 26,” Syniehubov said.

Russia also attacked the village of Oskil, injuring three civilians: two women, aged 90 and 60, and a 19-year-old man.

In the village of Pidvysoke, in the Borova community, Russian attacks injured a 53-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man. In Vyshneve village, a 32-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.
